Information:

Although most warts disappear spontaneously over time, sometimes it is essential to treat them because they create a pain in the support when walking. There are different methods to get rid of them, but not all are painless. The interest of protection against warts is the fact that it distributes the pressures exerted on the ring of the callus, softening it but also favoring the disappearance of the wart thanks to the occlusive property.

The dressings distribute pressure and inhibit friction, relieving pain when walking, due to the properties of the Epithelium® Activ silicone gel. The occlusion of the gel favors the wart's disappearance. Due to their thin thickness, they can be used with any type of footwear. Suitable for adults and children over three years, allowing risk-free and pain-free treatment. Recommended for diabetics.

Directions for use

Protections should be used on clean, dry skin.

• Remove a protection from the metallic housing.

• Carefully remove the protective film that covers the adherent face.

• Apply the adhesive side to the skin, taking care to cover the wart well.

• Exert a slight pressure on the protection, to reinforce the grip to the foot.

• Gently wear socks, sockets or pantyhose.

• Keep the device fixed in place, during the day.

• Remove the protection at night and put it in the appropriate case for the purpose,

storing it in the metallic case, until the next day.

• Each protection can be used, on average, for 5 days.

It is advisable to apply protection daily for at least a month. Sometimes it is necessary to prolong the treatment, especially when the wart is already an old lesion.

Conservation

Protections can be washed with soap and water. Do not rub and allow to air dry.

Contraindications

• Protections must not be applied to wounds or mucous membranes.

• In case of allergic reaction or intense irritative reaction, immediately discontinue treatment.
