Septanazal Adults 1mg/ml+50mg/ml Nasal Spray Solution is indicated to reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa in rhinitis and as an auxiliary treatment in the healing of lesions in the mucous membranes, for the relief of vasomotor rhinitis (vasomotor rhinitis), and for the treatment of nasal breathing obstruction after nose surgery. For adults and children from 6 years old.

Active substances: 1mg/ml of xylometazoline hydrochloride and 50mg/ml of dexpanthenol.

Dosage and method of administration:

The usual adult dose of Septanazal is one spray into each nostril up to 3 times a day as needed. The dose depends on individual sensitivity and clinical response. The duration of treatment is limited to 7 days, unless instructed otherwise by your doctor. Repeated use is possible only after an interval of several days. Nasal route. First, the protective cover of the nebulizer must be removed. Before first use or if the sprayer has not been used for a long time, the nebuliser pump must be pressed 5 times until a fine mist appears. The nebulizer tip should be inserted into the nostril in the most vertical position possible in one of the nostrils and the nebulizer pump should be pressed once. The patient should breathe in gently through the nose during nebulization. If necessary, the procedure should be repeated for the other nostril. After each use, the nebuliser tip should be wiped with a tissue and the cap replaced on the nebuliser.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance(s) or to any of the excipients. Dry inflammation of the nasal mucosa (dry rhinitis). History of transsphenoidal hypophysectomy or other surgical procedure in which dura mater was exposed. Septanazal for adults is contraindicated in children under 6 years of age.
