Isaderm Gel 15g
Topical treatment of acute moist dermatitis in dogs.
Isaderm Gel is a medicine indicated for the topical treatment of localized, mild or moderate, acute moist dermatitis ("hot spots"). For use in dogs.
Active substances: betamethasone valerate and fusidic acid.
Betamethasone valerate is a glucocorticoid with anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effects. Fusidic acid is an antibiotic mainly active against Staphylococci . Fusidic acid is also active against Streptococci .
Target species: canines.
Dosage and route of administration:
Clean the affected areas and clip the hair covering the lesions before application. The Gel must be applied in a thin layer to the surface of the lesion, twice a day for a minimum period of 5 days. Treatment should continue for 2 days after the injury has healed. The treatment period should not exceed 7 days. If there is no response to treatment within 3 days or if the injury worsens, the diagnosis should be re-evaluated.
