UL-250 20 capsules

UL-250 belongs to the pharmacotherapeutic group of enzyme supplements, milk bacilli and the like and is indicated for:

- symptomatic treatment of acute diarrhea in children and adults;

- prevention of diarrhea associated with taking antibiotics.

UL-250 is an adjuvant treatment used in conjunction with important dietary measures, such as rehydration through abundant fluid intake, in order to compensate for fluid loss associated with diarrhea episodes.

Active substance: Saccharomyces boulardii 250mg

Posology and method of administration:

Use this medicine exactly as described in the leaflet, or as advised by your doctor or pharmacist. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose is 1 capsule, 3 times a day.

To remove the capsule from the blister, proceed as follows: 1. Fold the loose end of the aluminum. 2. Pull out the aluminum foil to detach it from the blister

Children aged 6 years and over and adults: Swallow the capsule without chewing with a glass of water.

The recommended duration of treatment is 5 days when taken at the recommended dose for adults and children. You should see a doctor if the symptoms do not improve after 2 to 3 days of treatment with Saccharomyces boulardii.

According to the legislation in force, medicines not subject to medical prescription in Portugal can only be delivered in the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to shipments to other Member States of the European Union.
