Pulmiben Lysine 1500mg 40sachets

Pulmiben Lysine it is indicated as a mucolytic adjunct to antibacterial treatment of respiratory infections, in the presence of bronchial hypersecretion.

Active substance: 2700 mg of carbocysteine, lysinate monohydrate per sachet.

In addition to its mucous properties, carbocysteine, lysinate has an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant action. Inhibition of the adhesion of pathogenic bacteria to the surface of epithelial cells in the respiratory tract is also another mechanism by which carbocysteine reduces the incidence of respiratory tract infections.

Posology and method of administration:

Dissolve the contents of the sachet in half a glass with water and shake well with a spoon, oral administration. Adults and adolescents: 1 sachet of Pulmiben Lysine (2700 mg of lysine carbocysteinate) every 24 hours. Children from 2 to 12 years old: half a sachet of Pulmiben Lysine every 24 hours (1 day). If your symptoms get worse or you don't feel better after 5 days, you need to see a doctor.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.

According to the legislation in force, medicines not subject to medical prescription in Portugal can only be delivered in the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to shipments to other Member States of the European Union.
