Hibitane Cream 50g

Hibitane Cream is an effective antibacterial agent in the prevention and treatment of bacterial skin infections. It is also used to disinfect the hands of hospital staff, acting as a barrier against bacterial infections.

Active substances: Cream containing per gram 54.84 mg of 1 chlorhexidine gluconate solution%.

Chlorhexidine is effective against a wide range of gram-negative and gram-positive vegetative bacteria, as well as yeast, dermatophyte fungi and lipophilic viruses. It is inactive against bacterial spores except at high temperatures.

Posology and method of administration:

Cream for topical application to the skin. Apply the cream in a thin layer to the skin. When disinfecting hands, massage using a sufficient amount of cream.

According to current legislation, medicines not subject to a prescription in Portugal can only be delivered in the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to shipments to other Member States of the European Union.
