Vittopic Gel 50g

Vittopic Gel is indicated for insect bites, 1st burns. degree, including solar. Localized symptomatic treatment of eczema and dermatitis with previous medical diagnosis. 

Active substance : 1 mg/g, Dimethindene maleate.

Dimethindene maleate is a histamine H1 receptor antagonist. It has a high affinity for these receptors. It considerably reduces the hyperpermeability of capillaries associated with immediate hypersensitivity reactions. When applied topically, dimethindene maleate also has local anesthetic properties. It is effective against itching of various origins and quickly relieves itching and irritation. The gel base facilitates the penetration of the active substance into the skin.

Dosage and method of administration:

It should be applied in a thin layer on the affected area and on the itchy skin area, 2 to 4 times a day.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
