Advantage Dogs is a product that protects your faithful 4-legged friend from flea infestations.

Indications for use, specifying the target species:

Prevention and treatment of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis, Ctenocephalides canis) and treatment of infestations by chewing lice (Trichodectes canis) in dogs. Fleas in the dog are killed within 1 day of treatment. One treatment prevents future flea infestations for 4 weeks. The veterinary medicinal product can be used as part of a treatment strategy for flea allergic dermatitis (DAPP).

Reinfestations resulting from the appearance of new fleas in the environment may continue to occur for six or more weeks after treatment has started. Thus, more than one treatment may be necessary, depending on the intensity of the environmental flea infestation. To facilitate environmental disinfestation, it is recommended to use additional appropriate environmental treatment against adult fleas and their stages of development. The veterinary medicinal product remains effective if the animal is wet, e.g. after showering or exposure to heavy rain. However, in cases of frequent bathing or washing, it may be necessary to repeat the treatment, depending on the presence of fleas in the environment. In these cases, do not repeat the treatment more often than once a week. In case of infestations by chewing lice, a new observation by the veterinarian is recommended 30 days after treatment, since some animals may need a second treatment.

Apply Advantage Dogs removing the hair on the back at the base of the neck until the skin is visible. Squeeze the tube several times firmly in order to empty the contents only on the skin. Avoid contact of the product with your skin, wait until the application site is dry.
