Advice for use:

Light flu processes, colds, heavy environments: in the aroma diffuser we add between 8 to 10 drops of Eucalyptus radiata essential oil and turn on the diffuser in space. Repeat if necessary. As a decongestant: combine 6 drops of eucalyptus radiata + 4 drops of ravintsara + 3 drops of palmarosa + 2 drops of peppermint over a base of 30 ml of argan oil. Gentle massage on the sinuses. Do not use during the first 3 months of pregnancy. Do not consume during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
