Terpenic Lavanda Bio Essential Oil is an organic lavender essential oil used for its scent and its essentially relaxing properties.

Advice for use:

Of direct application: to help you relax or sleep. One to two drops on wrists, pads or bottoms of feet. It can be added to shampoos, conditioners or body cream and enjoy the aromatherapy effect of the mild lavender scent. Immersion bath: add 8 to 10 drops of oil in the bath water and enjoy a true relaxing SPA. Compresses: 5 drops of oil diluted in ½ liter of water and can be used to soothe skin irritations, burns or insect bites. Headache: 8 drops of Lavender + 3 drops of Tunisian Rosemary + 4 drops of lemongrass over a base of 30 ml of sweet almond oil. Apply gently with a massage on the back of the neck, forehead and temples. Do not use during the first 3 months of pregnancy. Do not consume during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not apply to areas close to the eyes, it may cause irritation. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake and keep out of reach of children.
