Midro Chá contributes to the regularization of intestinal transit.

Characteristics:

• It is indicated for organic and psychogenic constipation, in all situations where straining during bowel movements should be avoided and as an adjuvant in weight loss diets.
• For the laxative effect it contains finely chopped leaves of the senna plant, peppermint for a good taste, and a mixture of cumin, licorice and mallow.

Usage advice:

Use 1/2 to 1 measuring spoon at bedtime. Dose according to the desired effect. It can be chewed and swallowed dry, administered with a little water, juice or yogurt and/or cold infusion (add to a cup of cold water, leave in contact for at least 20 minutes, and drink after straining). This product should not be used as a substitute for a healthy and varied diet.
