Directions for use:

Adults and children over 12 years of age: chew 1 cube at night with a large glass of water (at least 250ml). Not recommended in cases of intestinal obstruction, abdominal pain of unknown origin, or any inflammatory bowel disease (appendicitis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.) and in cases of haemorrhoids. Abdominal pain and cramps may occur. May cause oesophageal or gastric obstruction (especially in individuals with an anatomical predisposition).
