Usage advice:

Tightly attach about 40 to 50 centimeters between the index and middle fingers of each hand, leaving about 2 to 3 centimeters of tape loose in the middle. Insert the dental tape between your teeth, gently sliding it up and down. When the tape reaches the gingival sulcus, bend it against one of the teeth and slide gently in the space between the gum and the tooth, until you feel resistance (never make violent movements). Repeat the operations on all teeth, using a piece of clean tape for each one.
