Therapeutic indications

Ambroxol belongs to the group of expectorant drugs. It is a medication that reduces viscosity and facilitates the elimination of mucus from the pulmonary alveoli.

Ambroxol Fluidox facilitates sputum and cough. This medicine is used to treat acute and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases associated with abnormal secretion and poor mucus transport.

According to the legislation in force, medicines not subject to medical prescription in Portugal can only be delivered in the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to shipments to other Member States of the European Union.
