Nuridol 500mg 20 tablets

Nuridol is an analgesic and antipyretic medication. It is indicated in mild to moderate painful states: muscle, joint, headache, toothache and dysmenorrhea. It is also indicated in the treatment of fever of any etiology.

Active substances: 500mg paracetamol.

Paracetamol has analgesic and antipyretic action similar to salicylates but is almost devoid of anti-inflammatory activity.

Dosage and method of administration:

In the age group between 12 and 14 years: 1 tablet (500 mg), 1 to 4 times a day. Note: Do not use in children under 12 years of age without medical advice. In the age group over 14 years and adults: 1 to 2 tablets (500 - 1000 mg), 2 to 4 times a day, with a maximum dose of 4 grams (8 tablets) in a period of 24 hours. The route of administration is oral. The method of administration consists of swallowing the tablet(s) (without chewing) with water (if necessary, they can be dispersed) or another type of still drink, preferably before meals. In the fight against pain, it should not be used in doses higher than those recommended, nor for more than 10 days in adults and more than five days in children, unless prescribed by the doctor. In the fight against fever (high fever or recurrent fever), it should not be used in doses higher than those recommended, nor for more than 3 days, unless prescribed by the doctor.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance(s) or to any of the excipients. Nuridol is contraindicated in severe hepatic impairment and severe renal impairment.
