Non-prescription drug indicated in the symptomatic treatment of dry eye syndrome.
Siccafluid 2.5mg/g Ophthalmic Gel is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of dry eye syndrome.
Active substances: Carbomer 974 P 2.5mg/g.
Due to its physical properties, this gel forms a transparent, lubricating and moisturizing film on the surface of the eye that temporarily suppresses the insufficiency of tears.
Dosage and method of administration:
Ophthalmic use. Adults (including the elderly): Instill one drop of gel into the lower conjunctival sac, 1 to 4 times a day, depending on the degree of eye disorder. Children and adolescents up to 18 years of age: The safety and efficacy of SICCAFLUID 2.5 mg/g ophthalmic gel in children and adolescents at the recommended adult dosage has been established through clinical experience, but clinical trials are not available. After instillation, the bottle should be stored vertically with the cap facing downwards, in order to facilitate the formation of drops in the next use. Do not touch the eye with the dropper tip. Put the cap back on the bottle after use.

Hypersensitivity to the active substance(s) or to any of the excipients.
