Valdispert 450mg 40 tablets

Valdispert 450mg is a herbal medicine indicated for the relief of mild nervous tension and sleep disorders.

Active substance: Valerian root dry extract 450 mg per tablet.

It has been demonstrated through clinical trials that after oral administration of extracts of valerian root (ethanol 70% v / v) sleep quality improves and sleep induction latency decreases.

Posology and method of administration:

The recommended dose in adults and children over the age of 12 is:

For the relief of mild nervous tension: 1 tablet, 3 times a day.

For difficulty falling asleep: 1 tablet half an hour to an hour before bedtime, if necessary 1 additional tablet can be taken early in the evening.

Maximum daily dose: 4 tablets

Use in children: Valdispert 450 mg is not recommended for children under the age of 12 years.

The tablets should be taken whole, with water. Do not chew the pills. If symptoms persist after 2 weeks of treatment, you should consult your doctor.

According to the legislation in force, medicines not subject to medical prescription in Portugal can only be delivered in the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to shipments to other Member States of the European Union.
