Valdispert 125mg 50 tablets

Valdispert 125 mg is a herbal medicine indicated for the relief of mild nervous tension and sleep disturbances.

Active substance: Valerian root dry extract 125 mg per tablet.

It has been demonstrated through clinical trials that after oral administration of extracts of valerian root (ethanol 70% v / v) sleep quality improves and sleep induction latency decreases.

Posology and method of administration:

Take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose is:

Adults, teenagers over 12 years old and elderly:

For the relief of sleep disorders: 3 - 4 tablets taken as a single oral, half an hour to an hour before bedtime. If necessary you can take an additional dose of 3 - 4 tablets early in the evening.

For the relief of mild nervous tension: 3 - 4 tablets in a single oral dose, 1 to 3 times a day.

Do not take more than 16 pills a day.

Valdispert 125 mg must be swallowed with liquids and must not be chewed. To obtain the best treatment results, continuous use for 2 - 4 weeks is recommended. If you don't feel better or get worse after 2 weeks of continuous use, you need to see a doctor.

Use in children: Valdispert 125 mg is not recommended for children under the age of 12 years.

According to the legislation in force, medicines not subject to medical prescription in Portugal can only be delivered in the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to shipments to other Member States of the European Union.
